Hello beautiful! Here are some beautiful words of life I personally encourage myself with - from God's word - daily. Let's only receive what God 'said' about us. It's already done no matter how things look or how we look -:). We walk by faith and not by sight.
Speak the following out loud:

- My spirit man has no gender.
- I am blessed and a blessing.

- I have power and authority.
- Depression has no place here.
- I rebuke depression and its affiliates in Jesus name.

- I am bold.

- I am a witness of how good God is.
- I allow the Holy Spirit access to my heart daily.
